B2B In a Box™ is a product that was developed as a result of working with Real Estate Professionals across America for more than five years and over 1000 days of fieldwork.  This product or philosophy focuses on the “Way” Realtors® and Mortgage Professionals leverage one another’s truly unique synergies.

 It was our experience that most Realtors® who were in the beginning stages of their careers, had little or no loyalty to any one mortgage professional.  Further, it was noted, that the times when most Realtors® made reference to a mortgage representative, was mainly when they required monies for farming and or marketing sponsorships.  As we know, this aspect of the business will more than likely remain the same.  What we also learned was that the top-level agents, whom had already achieved great success, were very difficult to penetrate as a partner, simply due to the fact that they had been courted for a long time by mortgage professionals.

Successful originators know that forming win-win partnerships with Realtors® far outweighs any other marketing efforts.  It is the “Partnership” aspect of the business that B2B In a Box™ Focuses.  As we stated earlier, B2B is more of a shift in the paradigm of marketing and lead generation.  Our focus is based on the fact that most lending takes place on localized basis, within communities, cities and states.  The same is true for the Realtor® which is where we see these unique synergies.  Now, most would agree that the above is very obvious, but it has been suggested that very few Mortgage Professionals tap into the vastly growing number of Realtors® throughout the country as a steady source of referrals.  In fact, it was suggested that almost 75% of all mortgage professionals do not market or build relationships with their local Realtors®, and depend on other B2C (Business to Consumer) marketing efforts to generate their new purchase business or refinancing business.
