• No, you do not.  However, we do recommend partnering with a different Realtor^® for each company you provide the service.  By doing this you accomplish two tasks.  You bring another benefit (Real Estate Services) to the employee and you form solid relationship with another Realtor^® from whom you can expect referrals from their normal customer base.

How can you guarantee I can originate 24 loans per month?

• If you follow our step by step guide and sign up just 1 company per month and partner with 1 new Realtor^® per month you will reach your goal of 24 loans per month within the first year of utilizing the system.

How do you know this system will work?

• Similar systems are common place in large corporations through partnerships with large mortgage originators and Banks.  If the programs were unsuccessful these large institutions would not offer them to their large corporate clients.  Additionally, we have tested this system with small to mid-sized companies throughout the United States with extremely positive results.

Do I need any special software?
